Every great golf shot starts from the ground up. Improving your foot biomechanics with the right insoles keeps your stance stable, body aligned, from tee-off to the 18th hole. This...

If you overpronate this means your foot rolls in too much as you walk or run. Overpronators have flat feet therefore they need arch support insoles which prevent your foot rolling in.

Neutral foot types neither overpronate or under-pronate. Although less prone to injury than the other types, neutral runners benefit from mild to moderate support with cushioning.

If you under-pronate, or supinate then you most likely have high arched feet which are often rigid and inflexible. The priority for you is a neutral or low support insole with plenty of cushioning.

We construct Ultimate Performance Advanced Insoles with our innovative shock absorbing technology. Specifically the F3D Foam 3mm Damper is an advanced dampening foam insert which dissipates up to 95% of the high frequency shockwave in each foot strike. As a result, impact to your feet, knees and hips reduces, enabling you to run further and train longer.
