Ultimate Blister Plasters
The medium sized hydrocolloid blister plasters from Ultimate Performance are the ideal way to take care of larger blisters whilst on the move.
Once applied this hydrocolloid plaster provides immediate relief from the pain of blisters whilst the long-lasting adhesion keeps the plaster in place on the skin for longer. Not only does it cushion the area to prevent further rubbing it promotes faster healing of the blister underneath. Suitable for larger blisters on the heal and foot.

Yes! These are full length insoles and replace the insoles in neutral or supportive running shoes. They work best when they have a flat surface as a base. If you leave the existing insole in then you reduce the space inside the shoe and make it less stable.

If you have not worn orthotic type insoles before then we recommend gradually increasing wear time over the first couple of weeks. This avoids muscle fatigue and allows your body time to adapt to the improved gait and posture provided by the insole.
