Free shipping on all orders over £15. For all other orders carriage is charged at £5. All orders are dispatched via UK Royal Mail signed for regardless of the order value. Orders placed before 12 noon are dispatched the same day for next working day delivery.
GENERAL RETURNS INFORMATION
If you have purchased your Ultimate Performance Medical product from another website or high street retailer you must return the item to them.
RETURNS:
If you wish to return an item for a refund, it must be unused and in its original packaging. Returns must be sent within 30 days of receipt.
Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of their return. We recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit without this.
Please ensure all items are securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping. Refunds or replacements will only be processed once the returned goods have been received and inspected.
RETURNS PROCESS
- Carefully package your item(s), ensuring they are protected for transit and remain in a saleable condition.
- Send the parcel to the return address provided below.
- Make sure your order number is clearly included inside the parcel to allow us to identify your return.
- Ship the return within the 30-day return window. Returns sent outside this period may not be accepted.

PLEASE NOTE
- We strongly advise using a tracked and insured delivery service. This provides proof of sending and delivery, which is essential if your parcel is delayed or goes missing.
- You are responsible for ensuring the return reaches us safely. We cannot process refunds for items we do not receive.
- Returns sent outside of our 30-day policy may be rejected unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to extend return periods during promotional or seasonal periods.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Once your return has been received, please allow a reasonable processing time for inspection and refund handling. We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, though this may take longer during peak periods. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and your bank or payment provider may take additional time to clear the funds.
EXCHANGING AN ITEM
To exchange an item please return it via the above method so that we can refund your initial purchase price. You will then need to place a new order. Unfortunately, our e-commerce system does not currently allow us to offer direct exchanges.
OUR RETURNS POLICY
You may return any new and unused product to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund of its purchase price. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, and with all swing-tickets still attached.

Please retain your proof of purchase and proof of postage. In the event of a lost return parcel, you as the sender are responsible for processing any claim with the courier.
Unfortunately, we are not able to process exchanges. If an item is not suitable, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
In the event that a product is supplied in error, is found to be faulty upon receipt, or is not as described, Ultimate Performance Insoles will provide a full refund including reasonable return shipping costs.
Please handle any product you receive from us with care. If a returned product is found not to be in a fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from any refund.
