It's F3D shock absorbing material dissipates up to 95% of high frequency shockwaves generated from hard surfaces like roads, pavements and hard trails. Yes! These are full length insoles and replace the insoles in neutral or supportive running shoes. They work best when they have a flat surface as a base. If you leave the existing insole in then you reduce the space inside the shoe and make it less stable.
