Advanced Field Sports Insoles feature an ultra-low profile design, making them ideal for tight-fitting football boots and other field sports footwear. The lightweight PU foam construction provides cushioning and support without compromising fit, helping improve comfort and reduce stress on your feet, joints and soft tissues during football, rugby, hockey, cricket and other field sports.
- An ultra-low profile PU foam insole body means you can fit these insoles in the tightest of footwear.
- If the boot or shoe has a removable insole remove it and fit these as a replacement.
- If there is a glued-in liner try placing the Field Sports insole on top; but if the fit becomes too tight it is usually possible to carefully remove glued-in liners and replace with the new unit.
- Suitable for all gait and arch types.
Ideal for:
- All types of field sports – in all conditions: football, rugby, field hockey, cricket, hurling, Gaelic football, lacrosse, Aussie rules, American football etc.
- Use these insoles when participating in sport, at work or play – they will help protect your joints and soft tissue with every step you take.

Frequently Asked Questions
FAQ's
Do I need to remove my existing insole?
Do I need to remove my existing insole?
Yes! These are full length insoles and replace the insoles in neutral or supportive running shoes. They work best when they have a flat surface as a base. If you leave the existing insole in then you reduce the space inside the shoe and make it less stable.
Should I gradually increase wear time?
Should I gradually increase wear time?
If you have not worn orthotic type insoles before then we recommend gradually increasing wear time over the first couple of weeks. This avoids muscle fatigue and allows your body time to adapt to the improved gait and posture provided by the insole.
