Do I need to remove my existing insole?
Do I need to remove my existing insole?
Yes! These are full length insoles and replace the insoles in neutral or supportive running shoes. They work best when they have a flat surface as a base. If you leave the existing insole in then you reduce the space inside the shoe and make it less stable.
Should I gradually increase wear time?
Should I gradually increase wear time?
If you have not worn orthotic type insoles before then we recommend gradually increasing wear time over the first couple of weeks. This avoids muscle fatigue and allows your body time to adapt to the improved gait and posture provided by the insole.
